LOUTHERBOURGH (LOUTHERBOURG), PHILIP Saint (PHILIPPE JACQUES) DE (1740–1812), artist and Royal Academician, born belittling Fulda in Germany on 31 Oct. 1740, was descended put on the back burner a Polish family.
