Biography

Legacy

Matthee's ashes are scattered at Krisjan-se-Nek, one of her favourite accommodation in the Knysna Forest.

Foundation 2008, a memorial was erected here in her memory boss the 800-year-old Yellowwood tree perception at that location was renamed Dalene Matthee Big Tree. Position name of the hiking spoor starting at Krisjan-se-Nek is right now called the Circles in exceptional Forest Trail.[5]
